Recuerda. Solo 15.
Un abrazo
Txus
Yesterday, Sunday, I left work at 10:30 pm. I only stopped for lunch since early in the morning.
I was hungry and tired.
But I don't think I've ever had a greater and more genuine sense of satisfaction in my life. I had just finished the most beautiful and incredible project I have ever done.
The culmination of almost 7 years of work, but that sums up I think my whole life.
Look, I'm two peels shy of 48 years old. And don't think that I'm not quite ready for it, because I feel like a little girl.
But yes, I am.
And in those 48 years I think I've done a lot of very cool and interesting things.
But nothing like this.
And as I was coming home with my dog from Villapez, I was remembering, like someone who reviews his life, everything I had done up to this point.
When my friend Juanillo introduced me to Danio,
When I read the articles he sent me and I took a boat out of the hammock with the firm conviction that I had to try it myself.
When I set up my first fish tank, no longer in a basement like the google ones, but next to the washing machine.
When I hatched my first eggs.
When my friend Maria Luisa welcomed me in her laboratory and helped me in everything she could.
When I showed them to the first children and saw their excited faces.
When all the larvae died when I started to feed them and I didn't know what to do.
When Paula Alenda gave me the sketches of the logo and I knew instantly which one was mine.
When I inaugurated the project with a historical party to which I invited my best friends. And they all drew me a fish.
When I started sending eggs to my friend Dorleta.
When I called Victor the inventor because I had to invent something to see those eggs.
When I got fucked up by a damn pandemic.
When I helped my country's army to save grandparents from the clutches of a virus.
When I was able to return to my danios.
When I discovered that the children in the schools helped me to improve the protocols and in the process, they were becoming scientists.
When those same children wrote me beautiful letters telling me what they liked.
When they hugged me at school or at the end of the workshops.
When, thanks to my friend Irene, I discovered what a newsletter was.
When I started to gather thousands of subscribers and they called me to tell me how I had done in the fashion course among entrepreneurs.
When I realized that I love writing to you every day. To you and the 12999 other people who receive this email.
When I finally put it all together in a project called Danio at home, which this time, yes, was coming out completely round.
And now yes, you can hit the buy button on this link: DANIO EN CASA
I will only send 15. The first 15 to buy it.
When do the eggs arrive? what does it cost? what do I have to do?
Everything in this link:
You have to read it all slowly before buying it.
A hug
María
