Txus
Today I'm going for a walk in the countryside, as soon as I finish writing this newsletter. I need it. From time to time my body asks me to take a walk in the countryside. It seeks to regain its balance.
I spend so many hours in front of the computer, thinking, with my cell phone, busy with a thousand tasks. I'm not being a heroine. It's the way we live nowadays.
I need the computer to work, but my wise body asks me to balance.
Today I am going to recommend a video. In it they study precisely this: how nature affects our brain.
You'll see a guy named Baratunde Thurston go to see Amy Donnell, a scientist at the University of Utah. She puts a hat on him with which she analyzes his brainwaves. First she puts him to do one of those tasks that I tell you I find extremely tiring and I'm sure you do too, and then she takes him for a walk in the countryside.
At the end you have interesting conclusions: walking in nature somehow "cleans" the fatigue of heavy tasks, much more efficiently than the same walk in a city.
As you see it, take a little walk in the countryside.
A hug
