Yesterday Dario, the son of some friends, (who is probably the cutest kid in the universe) sent me this drawing:
Don't tell me it's not cool. The top is a shark and the bottom is a dolphin, as he explains:
This summer they were in Alicante and I gave them 3 notebooks (they are 3 little brothers, who draw phenomenal). And from time to time they send me what they do.
I think there is nothing cooler than a child's drawing. An adult simply can't imitate it. Our heads have lost that spark.
That's why in my videos and in my stories I don't think of drawing myself, nor do I ask any artificial intelligence to draw them, of course.
I ask my friends' children (or my children's children) for drawings and then I reinterpret them. This chick was drawn by my daughter Angela when she was little, the butterfly and the bats are by Iraia, my friend Dorleta's daughter, and the crab is by Javier, my friend Ana's son.
When my children were little I always carried a notebook in my purse and a box of pencils. When we went out to eat I would take out the notebook and the colors and they would start drawing until they brought us our food.
Magic, I didn't need to leave my cell phone with them.
So as I'm a little obsessed with the fact that so much screen is bad for them, here you can find some very good alternatives to keep them entertained, work on their creativity and their full attention.
And on top of that, they are cute and made with lots of love.
You can buy them here:
A hug
