Txus
PD: Escúchate a ti mism@.
My friend Irene, from Para y Sana, says that we are disconnected from our bodies. That in this crazy, crazy, crazy life, we are in a hurry and we don't realize how we are.
But our body talks to us non-stop, even though we don't realize it because we have so much internal noise in our head that we don't "hear it". It is like an agitated river, we cannot see the bottom.
If we are able to attend to the sensations that come to us from ourselves first we would know ourselves better and we would find answers to many of the questions we ask ourselves.
I have been doing Irene's meditations for a while now (the ones she offers in her Paraysana membership) and I am beginning to notice that little by little I am realizing more about myself. Each week she sends you a meditation, and you simply have to listen to her and do what she tells you. If you get off track and notice, great, the rabbit in the Tibetan picture starts to show up. You are getting better.
And little by little you will take it to your daily life.
Well, yesterday I had one of those moments of listening to myself. Whenever I collect eggs to send them to school and I see this, it gives me great joy. They are the first two cells that form a living being. Tomorrow when they arrive at the school in Bilbao where I was sending them, you will be able to recognize the head and the tail.
But it all started here. Look, press play:
Well, yesterday watching this I realized my sensations: my heart was accelerating, in my belly there were like little tingles and my chest was as if it was filled with air, I don't know, a very strange thing.
The thing is that it happens to me every time.
Is that love? Well, maybe, I warned you. I'm in love with a fish...
Well, if you want Danio to come to your house and see if these strange things happen to you (which I'm sure they do) I'm considering to make another shipment for houses. If you are interested reply me to this email plis.
Best regards
Txus
PS: Listen to yourself. Maybe your heart is racing from time to time and you don't even hear it. And if you have so much noise that you don't notice it, Irene's meditations can help you. Check this out:
